What other products do you carry? We also feature great card display programs, matching gift books, plus eye-catching notebooks and magnets. What are the price of your cards and the minimum order? Our cards retail for $2.95 ($1.47 wholesale). They're sold by the half dozen with envelopes and our minimum order is $125.00 ($60.00 reorder).. What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MC and Amex. This is typically the best form of payment for opening orders. Pre-Paid orders receive free freight within the continental U.S. (UPS standard ground) |

What if I want to FAX my order? To print out a faxable order form, please download it here: order form (small PDF file). and fax it to 323 655 7115. You may also mail it to the address on the form. What about credit terms? If you prefer COD or NET 30 terms we request three industry credit references and bank information. Just download a credit application (small PDF file) and fax it to 323 655 7115. You may also mail it to the address on the form. What is your turnaround time? Our in-house turnaround time is usually 3 - 5 business days. So if your account is in order and everything is in stock, your items should arrive within approximately 2 weeks. How do you ship? Our regular method of shipping is UPS Ground. For orders going to the East coast, UPS estimates 5 business days. You can also expedite your shipping by choosing 2-Day, 3-Day or Overnight delivery. |

What are your shipping charges?
None, if you pre-pay. Otherwise, shipping charges are approximately 10% of your total unless you've requested expedited shipping. Will I be charged shipping for my backorder? No. Your only charge will be for the product, itself. What if I receive the wrong product or damaged items? Contact us immediately and give us 1) your name 2) order number 3) detailed description of the problem plus 4) your contact information. We will do our best to get back to you within one or two business days. What about returns and credits? No returns are accepted without an issued authorization number. All credits are applied towards future purchases. Sorry, no cash refunds. |
